This document includes vapor recovery and submerged filling requirements for facilities utilizing underground storage tank containment. These regulations require facilities constructed after the effective date of the rule with fuel throughput over 100,000 gallons per month to install Stage I Vapor Recovery equipment. This document also requires facilities with fuel throughput over 10,000 gallons per month to install a submerged filling device on their underground storage tank. These requirements are effective on new facilities constructed on or after the effective date of the rule. Existing facilities must comply by January 10th, 2011.
